How SOAP Request with HTTP authentication will look like ?

This is a soap request sent from Java Servlet to call the Calucator Webserive.
The below snippet was taken using TCPtrace.

Server: ServletExec, IIS, Apache Axis.
Client: Java Servlet. JDK 1.4
