Inside Sales Executive - US Shift
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound calls to enterprise customers in the USA for Custom app development, AI-first & AI agent projects
- Body shopping & staff augmentation
- Use Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, email & campaign tools for lead generation.
- Pitch solutions, handle objections, and book web demos/meetings with decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and work closely with sales/marketing teams.
- Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, meetings, and pipeline contribution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong US accent with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in outbound or inside sales, preferably in the USA IT services domain.
- Negotiation, persuasion & demo pitching skills.
- Hands-on with Apollo, Navigator, campaign & CRM tools.
- Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated.
