Inside Sales Executive - US Shift

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound calls to enterprise customers in the USA for Custom app development, AI-first & AI agent projects
  • Body shopping & staff augmentation
  • Use Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, email & campaign tools for lead generation.
  • Pitch solutions, handle objections, and book web demos/meetings with decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and work closely with sales/marketing teams.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, meetings, and pipeline contribution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong US accent with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in outbound or inside sales, preferably in the USA IT services domain.
  • Negotiation, persuasion & demo pitching skills.
  • Hands-on with Apollo, Navigator, campaign & CRM tools.
  • Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated.
