Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in day-to-day project tracking and coordination.
- Maintain Jira boards or project tracking tools — update statuses, document
- sprint progress, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Prepare project documentation such as MoMs, status reports, release notes, and dashboards.
- Coordinate internal meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist in tracking timelines, resource allocation, and risks.
- Follow up with team members to ensure task completion as per sprint goals.
- Communicate minor updates and blockers to stakeholders, escalating when needed.
- Help ensure adherence to delivery processes and internal QA checkpoints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Certification or training in project management (Scrum, PMP, or Agile foundations).
- Exposure to client interactions or offshore coordination.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn
- Team player with good interpersonal skillsOrganized and process-driven
- Able to work under supervision and handle multiple tasks
