HR Associate
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging events, programs, and activities that promote employee well-being, recognition, and team building.
- Initiate employee engagement activities like Fun Friday, sports events, fun events
- etc.
- Assist end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Provide administrative support to employees, including answering phones, responding to emails, and other activities.
- Support the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any graduation with proven internship or work experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Utilities.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for Human Resource Management.
- Solid organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
