IT Administrator
Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN/Wi-Fi issues
- Provide IT support to employees (systems, login, access, etc.)
- Manage IT assets, including laptops, peripherals, and inventory
- Track and maintain software licenses (Microsoft OS, etc.)
- Handle laptop warranty tracking and vendor coordination
- Respond to user queries via email or ticketing tools within SLA
- Prioritize and resolve issues based on P1 / P2 / P3 severity
- Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and recurring problems
- Maintain a digital asset register for IT and non-IT assets
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking of all assets
- Keep records updated for audits and internal tracking Stakeholder Alignment
- Work closely with leadership and ensure timely execution of tasks
- Adhere to directions and priorities set by the Founder and leadership team
- Maintain accountability and responsiveness in all assigned responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0 - 2 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with LAN/Wi-Fi setup, troubleshooting, and network monitoring
- Proficient in managing IT assets, software licenses, and maintaining digital asset registers
- Familiar with helpdesk/ticketing tools and P1/P2/P3 incident prioritization
- Experience with Microsoft OS and basic software license management
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work closely with leadership and execute tasks with minimal follow-up
- Detail-oriented with a habit of maintaining accurate logs, records, and audit-ready documentation
- Good communication skills to handle employee queries promptly and professionally
